Lisa Hall
People Director
Biography
Lisa is responsible for the people agenda at the College and was delighted to join the team in May 2019.
She is accountable for maintaining and enhancing the wellbeing, performance and development of colleagues at the College with special focus on attracting a more diverse and inclusive team to provide support to the veterinary professions.
In previous roles she has been instrumental in enhancing the performance of HR teams to deliver positive internal and external relationships and has introduced a more automated approach to key activities to provide organisations with a valuable people-led service.
A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and with a Masters degree in strategic change, Lisa has worked in various organisations, including financial services, not-for-profit and real estate in HR leadership roles and is accomplished at supporting leaders to grow and develop.
