Tshidi Gardiner
BVSc BSc MRCVS
Biography
Tshidi Qualified from Onderstepoort, University of Pretoria in 2003. After a time in an equine charity, then mixed practice in Devon, she locumed for a few years. In 2014 she became a partner in a small animal practice. She has completed her post graduate certificate in small animal surgery and enjoys training students, supporting new graduates and veterinary nurses.
In 2016, she became a Clinical Coach for nurse training and later worked as an practical OSCE examiner for Duchy and Bicton College. Tshidi is passionate about new learning and is a strong advocate for encouraging nurses and new graduates to confidently access their full potential.
She is the Founder Gardiner Coaching Academy, where she provides mindset mentorship, wellness coaching and burnout prevention strategies.
Tshidi is married to Glen and they have 2 active boys, Spencer & Tristan. A favourite family pastime is taking the boys and the family dog for long walks along the Devon shoreline. She is a keen biohacker, nutrition and wellness fanatic. In her spare time, she delves into personal development and she creates wellness content that she shares online.
