Stuart Saunders (VMG)
Biography
Stuart worked in the City of London as a broker in 1984 before moving to Hong Kong in 1993 to establish the firm's derivatives business in Asia. Since leaving the city in 2002 he has managed a firm of solicitors before finally moving into the veterinary world in 2007. In 2016 Stuart was elected to the board of the Veterinary Management Group (VMG) an organisation he is immensely proud to represent. Stuart's day job is as a Practice Manager for an independent mixed practice in rural Devon.
Stuart is keen on music, travelling, playing golf, fly- fishing, horse racing and all countryside and conservation matters. Stuart is also a Supervising Steward for Glastonbury Festival running a team of 275 volunteers and also volunteered for disaster recovery programs in flood areas in the UK and Serbia.
