Mrs Rachel Cook
Biography
Rachel is a solicitor, qualifying in 1997 and specialising in family law. She is an independent chair for a number of Fitness to Practice panels: the Health and Care Professions Tribunal Service; Social Work England and the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Rachel is also an independent member and chair for the Parole Board for England & Wales.
Rachel lives in rural Devon, by the sea, with her husband, three children, two horses and the family dog.
