About disclosing convictions and adverse findings
You must notify us within three months of any convictions or adverse findings that may affect your registration. This is a requirement under paragraph 5.3 of the Code of Conduct.

You can tell us about any convictions or adverse findings by filling in a disclosure form. You can also tell us when you complete your annual renewal.
