Want to become a veterinary surgeon? Come to the RCVS Careers Afternoon
30 March 2004
Each year RCVS hosts a Careers Afternoon for students who want to become veterinary surgeons. This event is always popular, with around 90 people attending last year.
This year's even is being held at the RCVS headquarters at Belgravia House on Friday 16 July between 2pm and 5pm. Although tickets are free of charge, they are limited, so early application is recommended.
Presentations will be given by practising veterinary surgeons, university staff and veterinary students on topics such as admission to veterinary degree courses, life as a student and a career as a veterinary surgeon.
