VN certificate delays
19 October 2007
Some recently qualified veterinary nurses are experiencing delays in receiving their VRQ and NVQ certificates, for which we apologise.
The problems relate to the way our database processes information about candidates, which has recently changed. The issue is being rectified.
We appreciate that such delay is inconvenient and if a candidate is required to notify a third party, such as an employer, about their eligibility to receive a certificate, they should contact the College for advice: [email protected] or 020 7202 0788.
We are working to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
