Veterinary practices: have you returned your renewal form?
9 June 2004
Every veterinary practice and branch practice that is listed in the RCVS Directory of Veterinary Practices received a renewal form in April 2004. We need these forms back urgently!
If you don't return the form, under the new Data Protection legislation we will have to leave your practice out of the next edition of the Directory. This Directory is the most important and comprehensive listing of veterinary services in the UK, so it is vital that your details are included in it.
Well over 2,000 forms have already been returned, but we are still awaiting over 1,000 more. We will be sending reminders or telephoning you directly, but should be grateful if you would ensure you have returned your form in the postage-paid envelope. Please don't forget to sign it!
There is good news, too, for practices who need extra copies of the Directory. From the 2004 edition onwards, extra copies will be available to practices and branches for only £20 each, a reduction of two-thirds on the commercial price of £60.
