Two disciplinary hearings to be held in November 2023
30 October 2023
The RCVS will be holding two disciplinary hearings in November 2023.
The first is a Veterinary Nurse Disciplinary Committee hearing, taking place virtually via Zoom between Monday 6 November and Friday 10 November. The RVN in question has made an application for the hearing to be held in private. If approved, members of the public and press will not be able to attend. The outcome of the application will not be known until the first day of the hearing.
The second is a Disciplinary Committee hearing in respect of Dr Amelia Briggs MRCVS, taking place from Thursday 30 November to Tuesday 12 December, in-person at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London. This hearing will be held in public with members of the press and public welcome to attend.
Anyone wishing to attend either hearing should contact Yemisi Yusuph, Clerk to the Disciplinary Committee, on [email protected].
