Two Disciplinary Committee hearings to be held in August 2022

The RCVS Disciplinary Committee will be holding two hearings in August 2022.
The first hearing is in respect of Stephanie Hazelwood RVN – and takes place from Monday 22 – Thursday 24 August.
The second is to hear an application for restoration to the Register by Dr Sue Dyson – and takes place from Wednesday 31 August and, if necessary, on all the following days until Friday 2 September.
Both hearings will be held via Zoom and members of the press and public are welcome to attend remotely. Those who wish to attend should contact Yemisi Yusuph, Clerk to the Disciplinary Committee, on [email protected]
