Three disciplinary hearings to take place in February 2024

The RCVS will be holding three disciplinary hearings across February 2024 – including two Veterinary Nurse Disciplinary Committee inquiries and one Disciplinary Committee inquiry.
The first hearing is an VN Disciplinary Committee inquiry which takes place from Wednesday 7 to Friday 9 February over Zoom. The individual concerned is currently anonymous, pending a decision on their application for anonymity throughout the proceedings.
The second hearing is a Disciplinary Committee inquiry regarding Michael Kettle MRCVS and takes place from Monday 12 to Friday 16 February at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
The third and final hearing is a VN Disciplinary Committee hearing for Jemma Francis RVN will takes place from Monday 19 to Monday 26 February also at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
