Three disciplinary hearings to be held in April 2024
19 March 2024
We will be holding three disciplinary hearings in April 2024 – including one Veterinary Nurse Disciplinary Committee hearing and two Disciplinary Committee hearings.
The first hearing is a Veterinary Nurse Disciplinary Committee hearing taking place from Wednesday 3 April to Friday 5 April, online via Zoom. This is a postponed hearing which was originally due to be held in February. The RVN in question has made an application for the hearing to be held in private. If approved, members of the public and press will not be able to attend. The outcome of the application will not be known until the first day of the hearing.
The second is a Disciplinary Committee hearing in respect of Matthew Makepeace MRCVS, taking place from Monday 15 April to Thursday 18 April (excluding Tuesday 16 April) and is also being held online via Zoom.
The third is another Disciplinary Committee hearing in respect of Nebojsa Petrovic MRCVS, taking place from Monday 22 April to Friday 3 May. This will be held at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London.
Anyone wishing to attend any hearing should contact Natasha Bance, Clerk to the Disciplinary Committee, on [email protected].
