RCVS Trust Marathon fundraising appeal
3 March 2009
Noelle Lowry, a veterinary surgeon from Poolhouse Equine Clinic in Lichfield, has launched her fundraising appeal on behalf of the RCVS Trust.
On 26 April, Noelle will run the Flora London Marathon in an attempt to raise £1,500 for the RCVS Trust and needs your help to hit her fundraising target.
This year the RCVS Trust has gained one of the much-coveted marathon charity places, and Noelle has agreed to be our runner. We hope that many of you will sponsor Noelle as she helps the RCVS Trust - and of course cheer her on as she runs the 26.2 mile course.
Noelle says: “The Trust is something all vets can use, whether it’s the excellent Library or applying for one of the different grants that it offers. It’s really up to us to support it.”
To sponsor Noelle, please log onto www.justgiving.com/noellelowry and, if you are a UK tax-payer, you could also gift-aid your donation, meaning that the Trust would be able to increase your donation by 28%, at no extra cost to you, by claiming your tax back from the Government.
If you prefer to send a cheque, sponsorship forms are available from Bonnie Fernley (020 7202 0743).
