RCVS Trust launches 2004 Grants Round
11 December 2003
At the RCVS Trust's recent Board meeting the Trustees approved a new five-year strategic plan of growth and increased activity. The first action point within the plan is the launching of a new grants round at which the Trustees will disburse over £70,000 in small grants, prizes and scholarships at their next grants meeting in March 2004.
Gerri McHugh who heads up the Trust said "We are delighted to have opened our grants round again this year. The Trust is already renowned for its unique Library & Information Service that provides access to the evidence base for veterinary practice. Our grant-making activity seeks to complement this by facilitating CPD and providing opportunities to develop practice.
"The Trust has consistently funded innovative veterinary projects through its grants programme and we look forward to a full in-tray of high-quality applications again this year."
