27 May 2020
In June we will be holding remote Disciplinary Committee hearings in relation to two separate applications for restoration to the Register.
The first hearing takes place between Wednesday 24 and Friday 26 June 2020 to hear an application to be restored to the Register from Simon Wood. Mr Wood was removed from the Register in 2018.
The second hearing takes place on Tuesday 30 June and Wednesday 1 July 2020 to hear an application to be restored to the Register from Warwick Seymour-Hamilton. Mr Seymour-Hamilton was removed from the Register in 1994 and has made previous applications for restoration in 1995, 2010, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
The press and public will be able to attend the remote RCVS Disciplinary Committee hearings in June. In order to attend either hearing they will need to contact Hannah Alderton, Clerk to the Disciplinary Committee, on [email protected] by 5pm on Friday 15 June 2020. Ahead of the start of the hearing they will be sent an invitation to attend.
