RCVS offering PSS surgeries at BEVA Congress
22 August 2016
A team from the RCVS will be at the British Equine Veterinary Association (BEVA) Congress at The ICC in Birmingham from Thursday 8 to Saturday 10 September, offering individual Practice Standards Scheme (PSS) surgeries and discussing recent developments at the College.
One of the PSS Assessors, Malcolm Whitehead, will be available on the Friday and Saturday for free 20-minute individual PSS surgeries to assist those thinking of joining the Scheme, facing an inspection, or applying for an additional award.
Our staff will also be on hand to answer questions about a range of different projects and initiatives, including the new PSS, the Society of Practising Veterinary Surgeons Wellbeing Award, being run in partnership with the Mind Matters Initiative, Vet and VN Futures, and our new Find a Vet service. Visitors to the stand will be able to take part in the ‘Practice Standards Awards game’ and be in with a chance of winning a Fitbit Alta.
Please contact Alicia Menendez-Buick or visit our stand, B34, on the day to arrange for a PSS surgery.
