Question Time meeting on 27 October in Pembrokeshire
29 September 2011
Pembrokeshire veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses are invited to put their questions to the RCVS Officer team at our next regional ‘Question Time’ meeting, to be held in Haverfordwest on Thursday, 27 October.
RCVS President Jerry Davies, along with several Officers and RCVS Veterinary Nurse Council members will attend the meeting at the Wolfscastle Hotel (pictured above), near Haverfordwest, to listen to veterinary concerns, and discuss issues currently affecting the profession.
Topics likely to be discussed include veterinary legislation, the regulation of veterinary nurses and the new draft Codes of Professional Conduct.
We will also hold 45-minute ‘surgeries’ for veterinary practices accredited with, or thinking of joining, the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme (PSS).
These will take place from 1-5pm at the same venue, and are offered on a first-booked, first-served basis.
The evening will start at 6:30pm with a buffet and drinks, with the meeting itself starting at 7:15pm.
For further information, to book a place or request a PSS surgery, please contact Fiona Harcourt ([email protected] or 020 7202 0773).
