November Regional Meetings - have you booked your place yet?
14 November 2002
The November round of Regional Meetings is almost upon us. Tuesday, 26 November 2002 will see the RCVS Officers at the Quality Hotel, Scotch Corner. The following day, Wednesday 27 November 2002, they will have travelled south to the Marriott Hotel in Grantham. All members are invited to attend (specific invitations have already been sent to those within reasonable travelling distance) and a warm welcome is also extended to listed veterinary nurses. The meetings start at 8pm and are informal with an open agenda to encourage debate - a buffet supper is provided from 7pm. |
|
Speak to the Officers about issues that concern you or your practice. Are you happy with the developments currently afoot within the profession on veterinary education (the direction being taken by the ESSG), or on practice standards? Do you want to have your say about VN training? Do you want to find out more about RCVS involvement in the Competition Commission inquiry or the FMD Inquiries? You may also wish to use this opportunity to contribute to the College's consultation on team working and corporate practice, or to find out more about the College's imminent consultation with the profession on a new Veterinary Surgeons Act. |
Take this opportunity to meet us - let Officers have your views! Help us to communicate better with the profession.
To book your place, please contact Danielle van den Berg on (020) 7202 0766 or email [email protected]. Alternatively, invitations (with maps) may be downloaded (below), completed and posted to Danielle van den Berg, RCVS, 62-62 Horseferry Road, Belgravia House, London SW1P 2AF.
