My Account & Stanley offline for essential routine maintenance

Please note
Our upgrade work is taking a little longer than expected. We hope everything should be up and running again later this morning (Tuesday 11 September). Our apologies for any inconvenience.
Both the My Account area of the RCVS website and Stanley, the online administrative account for the Practice Standards Scheme, will be unavailable from 9am on Monday 10 September 2018 for up to 24 hours, while we undertake routine security maintenance and upgrade our registration database.
All being well, everything should be up and running again by 9am on Tuesday 11 September, if not earlier.
Should you have any urgent queries concerning your registration while My Account is offline, please contact the Registration team on 020 7202 0707 / [email protected].
Similarly, please contact the Practice Standards team for any urgent Stanley-related queries: 020 7202 0767 / [email protected].
Following the maintenance and upgrade work, it is possible that a small number of account holders might need to reset their passwords in order to comply with our new best-practice security guidelines.
New passwords will need to contain:
- at least seven characters
- at least one numeric character, and
- at least one alphabetic character
If you encounter any problems accessing My Account or Stanley following this upgrade, please contact the relevant team.
