Joint RCVS / BSAVA statement regarding certificates
12 April 2012
Following some confusion among the profession, representatives from the RCVS Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (CertAVP) Subcommittee and the British Small Animal Veterinary Association have recently reviewed the CertAVP and BSAVA Postgraduate Certificate programmes in detail.
Subsequently, a statement has been developed which is intended to set out agreed principles that might be needed to allow resolution of any future questions about equivalence or accreditation.
The statement can be read in our Education section.
