Join RCVS and Lantra for a glass of wine at BVNA Congress
26 September 2006
If you are planning to visit this year's BVNA Congress on Saturday 14 October at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, spare some time to join us for a glass of wine.
The RCVS and Lantra have teamed up to host a 'drop in' session from 11am to 3pm at Lantra Headquarters, Avenue M/10th Street, across the road from the Warwick Complex - everyone is welcome.
The next 12 months will see many changes for the VN profession, as it takes its first steps towards self-regulation. Bring your questions for the RCVS VN Council on the introduction of the non-statutory register, compulsory continuing professional development and proposals for a VN guide to professional conduct.
VN training has also undergone major developments - come and talk to the VN Awarding Body about the new syllabus and awards.
The Lantra team will be on hand to discuss the new National Occupational Standards, sources of VN funding, career options and the Sector Skills Agreement.
We look forward to seeing you there.
