Heading to the London Vet Show? VNs all above board?
18 October 2010
Are your nursing staff all working legally? If you’re heading to the London Vet Show at Olympia this weekend, join us to find out.
The recent Panorama programme “It shouldn’t happen at a vets’” was a stark reminder of the importance of ensuring that all practice staff are working within the appropriate legal framework.
- Are your veterinary nursing staff working legally?
- Do their job titles mislead the public?
- Is your veterinary team delegating appropriately?
- Do you understand Schedule 3?
- Are your VN ‘students’ really students?
Come to the RCVS session in Hall 3 on Saturday 23 October at 8.30-9.30am for guidance and advice.
And as it’s an early start, breakfast is on us - from 8.15am.
The session will be relevant for all members of the practice team.
If you can’t make the session, come to our stand – M26 – where our team will be on hand to take your questions on VN legislation, among other topics.
And as we are in generous mood for Halloween, you can get both a ‘tip’ and a ‘treat’ from the stand: our Practice Standards Inspection team has come up with some good practice tips to share.
