Guide-savvy? Find out!
16 October 2009
We are soon to launch an online quiz to test veterinary surgeons’ knowledge of the Guide to Professional Conduct.
The Guide is the benchmark against which a veterinary surgeon is judged, by both the RCVS Preliminary Investigation and Disciplinary Committees, so it makes sense that veterinary surgeons know it inside and out.
The quiz, which will be completed anonymously, will be a light-hearted way of putting that to the test. If it’s a success, a Guide quiz for Registered Veterinary Nurses will follow.
We will be piloting the quiz at the London Vet Show, which takes place at Olympia from 6-7 November 2009. Visit the stand for a sneak preview, and see how you fare!
If you need to brush up your knowledge, join Dr Bob Moore, Chairman of the Advisory Committee, at 9.30am on the first day of the Show for a session entitled: ‘Common complaints and how to avoid them’.
