For your radar: updated bat care guidelines
13 March 2012
We’re highlighting the updates published to the Bat Care Guidelines from the Bat Conservation Trust – as the original version was produced in 2008 with our help.
Written with support from the British Veterinary Association Animal Welfare Foundation, the updated guidance is available to veterinary practices from Helen Miller ([email protected]) at the Bat Conservation Trust.
We gave £4,000 to the Bat Conservation Trust in 2007 to support the first collaborative workshop to develop best practice for the care and rehabilitation of wild bats in the UK.
The original guidelines were produced from this workshop.
