Feeling fleet of foot?
27 November 2008
While the RCVS Trust is celebrating its Golden Jubilee this year, it continues to look ahead to ever-more exciting and challenging fundraising campaigns.
In so doing, it has managed to squeeze a much-coveted place out of the London Marathon organisers for next year’s race, to be held on 26 April 2009.
What better way to spend a Sunday morning than to partake in a little light exercise, take in the sights of our wonderful capital city and raise money for the RCVS Trust, cheered on by thousands of well-wishers and admirers along the way?
So, if you would be interested in pounding out the 26.2 miles of the most famous marathon course in the world, and raising the minimum of £1,500 in aid of this worthy cause, please contact the good people in the RCVS Trust office (020 7202 0743 [email protected]).
As always, the Trust will be on hand to offer lots of support with your fundraising efforts, along with plenty of encouragement during your training.
