Disciplinary Committee to meet twice more in May

Please note: This is an archived news story. Mr Ranes Kumar Sanyal MRCVS was restored to the RCVS Register of Members on 22 May 2007 and he is therefore currently entitled to practise as a veterinary surgeon in the UK.
Miss Margarida dos Santos Correia remained on the RCVS Register of Members until 20 March 2008, when she was removed voluntarily. She is therefore not currently entitled to practise as a veterinary surgeon in the UK.
A meeting of the Disciplinary Committee of the RCVS as constituted under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, will be held at the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, Belgravia House, 62-64 Horseferry Road, London SW1P 2AF, on:
- Monday 21 May 2007 at 10.30am, to resume the Application for Restoration to the Register by MR RANES KUMAR SANYAL BVSc&AH MSc DTVM
- Tuesday 22 May 2007 at 10.30am, and at 10am on 23 May 2007, 24 May 2007 and, if necessary, 25 May 2007, to hear an Inquiry into MISS MARGARIDA DOS SANTOS CORREIA MRCVS
Hearings are in public and subject to limitations of space any person may attend. Anyone intending to attend a hearing is advised to contact the College to confirm the listing times.
