Disciplinary Committee to meet twice in October

A meeting of the Disciplinary Committee of the RCVS as constituted under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, will be held at the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, Belgravia House, 62-64 Horseferry Road, London SW1P 2AF, on:
- Monday, 2 October 2006 at 10.30am and at 10am on 3 October, 4 October and, if necessary, 5 October 2006 to hear an Inquiry into MR JOSEPH LENNOX HOLMES BVM&S MRCVS.
- Friday, 6 October 2006 at 10am to hear an Application for Restoration by MR MAURICE JOHN KIRK BVSc.
Hearings are in public and, subject to limitations of space, any person may attend. Anyone intending to attend a hearing is advised to contact the RCVS in advance to confirm the listing times.
