Disciplinary Committee adjourns David John Porter hearing
1 July 2015
On Tuesday 30 June the Disciplinary Committee of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons adjourned its inquiry into David John Porter MRCVS because the case did not conclude in the allotted time.
The hearing started on Monday 22 June and proceeded in the absence of Mr Porter who chose not to be present.
The Committee has heard the evidence called on behalf of the College, however it has not yet retired to consider its decision on findings of fact as it has not yet received legal advice from the Legal Assessor.
The Committee will reconvene on Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 July 2015 at 10am at our offices in Belgravia House, 62 - 64 Horseferry Road, London, SW1P 2AF to hear this advice and to carry out its deliberations.
