Directory data deadline draws near
22 June 2006
Preparation for the publication of the 2006 edition of The Directory of Veterinary Practices has begun, and the deadline for practices to change the data we hold on their practices is drawing close.
Although the Directory is only published in late October, the data is drawn off for cleansing and preparation in early July.
To this end, practices are requested to inform the RCVS Registration Department of any changes in practice staff or facilities by 3 July 2006.
Practices can check the data currently held on their practice by using the Find A Vet website (www.findavet.org.uk/) which is updated on a weekly basis.
If any details are incorrect, changes should be submitted either by post, by fax (020 7222 2004) or by email ([email protected]) - there is also the facility to update your practice details directly from your practice's entry on Find A Vet.
Practices not currently listed in the Directory should also complete and return the form by the 3 July 2006 if they wish to be included.
Main practices listed in the Directory are sent a complimentary copy, while practices and their branches are eligible for a discount when they purchase additional copies.
