Could a VN apprenticeship increase your training funding?
18 May 2010
The May issue of VN Standard, the publication from the RCVS Awarding Body for veterinary nursing, has been mailed to training practices, and veterinary nursing colleges and centres. The lead story looks at the benefits to be gained by training VNs through the apprenticeship scheme.
Other topics covered include new arrangements for the quality assurance of group practices involved with veterinary nurse training, feedback on the March examinations and training dates.
We have also published a special issue of VN Standard Extra, which focuses on the new VN qualification, to be introduced this autumn. The publication includes Q&A for students, centres and training practices and can also be downloaded.
