The RCVS team are pleased to be attending the VMG Congress from Thursday, 24 to Friday, 25 April 2024.
Across the two days of congress, the Veterinary Management Group will be running a programme of lectures and interactive workshops designed to help you learn, share and grow as a veterinary professional and an individual.

The RCVS will be supporting various elements of the congress programme, if you would like to hear from us at one of our sessions, we will be available at the following times.
Thursday, 24 April

In this engaging session, you’ll learn about the headline results from the joint RCVS-BVCIS Chronic Illness and Disability Survey, and how the challenges facing colleagues in veterinary with disabilities, chronic physical and mental health conditions and neurodivergence highlight wider issues within our workplaces with retention, wellbeing, and support.
The future of team-based veterinary healthcare – where next?

Utilising the RCVS Academy to support your team with their professional development

Launched in 2022, the RCVS Academy is a digital learning platform which aims to support vets and vet nurses to meet professional standards. This session will explore how the RCVS Academy can be utilised to support the professional development of your team.
