These hands-on webinars are aimed at enabling veterinary professionals to use design thinking principles for tackling challenges and problems within their everyday practice.
There will be three (webinar 2 will have a lunch-time and evening session available) interactive webinars commencing from March 2022 covering the following topics:
- Webinar 1: Design Thinking - Manage client expectations, prototype session, Thursday, 31 March from 12.30 pm
- Webinar 2: Design Thinking -Innovating your clients veterinary experience, Wednesday, 8 June from 12.30 pm and 7 pm
- Webinar 3: Design Thinking -Making client interaction skills seen as a valuable investment for both employee and employer alike? Thursday, 21 September from 12.30 pm

Information about the first webinar session
Manage client expectations, prototype session
You will not need any preparation for this 75-minute webinar, (however we have included a short video introduction to Design Thinking that can be seen on the ViVet website and will be included in your sign up email) - simply come along and be prepared to be divided into teams and to get creative!
Note: these webinars are designed for active participation. It will be conducted via the Zoom platform.
