Royal Welsh Show 2018
Date: Monday 23rd to Thursday 26th July 2018
Venue: Royal Welsh Showground, Llanelwedd, Builth Wells, Powys LD2 3SY
Details
The RCVS team travelled to Wales in July to exhibit at the Royal Welsh Show which takes place in Llanelwedd, Builth Wells.
The Royal Welsh is a popular agricultural show which attracts around 200,000 visitors over four days.
Along with exciting livestock competitions, the show has something to interest everyone through its wide range of activities including forestry, horticulture, crafts and countryside sports.
The RCVS stand included some fun activities for children including performing 'make-believe surgery' on our surgical models and visitors were also able to find out information about our Find a Vet service and the Practice Standards Scheme, as well as guidance on starting a career in the veterinary and veterinary nursing professions.
You can visit the Royal Welsh Show website for further information.
