Details
The RCVS, powered by the ViVet initiative, will be holding a Workforce Summit at The View, at the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons of England in London on Tuesday 30 November to look at how to innovatively respond to the ongoing concerns over staffing shortages within the veterinary profession.
Concept
The Workforkce Summit will take a holistic approach to tackling workforce shortages by focusing on recruitment, retention and returning to the profession to collaboratively find solutions to the issues relating to workforce shortages.
In preparation for the event, ViVet has organised a series of online Insight Sessions where veterinary surgeons, veterinary nurses and practice managers can attend to share their views and experiences around recruitment, retention and return to work.
