RCVS Workforce Action Plan - Ambition six: An attractive career for everyone, including those who have left

Details
Join us as we explore in more detail the insights and outcomes after the RCVS Workforce Summit and the commitment from those in the profession to achieve positive outcomes.
Each session will focus on one of the seven ambitions presented in the RCVS Workforce Action Plan. The sessions endeavour to show how the insight from the professions fed directly into the summit and subsequent the action plan supporting the college's commitment to getting direct feedback from the profession from the start.
The series will be delivered as online evening sessions from 7pm - 8.15pm throughout February, March and April 2023.
Focusing on the ambitions in the RCVS Workforce Action Plan:
- 5 April 2023 - Ambition six: An attractive career for everyone, including those who have left
- 12 April 2023 - Ambition seven: Improving client interaction and communication
Each session will be joined by a panel of key stakeholders talking about their activities, initiatives or projects from their organisation.
Looking to showcase their commitment to the ambitions, and overall contribution to making positive change in the areas of Recruitment, Retention and Return, in the profession.
