Details
Royal College Day is usually our annual celebration of achievement within the veterinary and veterinary nursing professions. Held in July each year, it falls into two parts: our Annual General Meeting and our Awards Ceremony.
This year, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Royal College Day has been organised in a different format. The Annual General Meeting took place as a virtual meeting on Friday, 10 July 2020.
Our Honours and Awards Ceremony on Thursday, 10 September 2020 is open to all RCVS members and associates. The Honours and Awards Ceremony will be live streamed and viewable from the Honours & awards section of our website.
The evening will also be recorded and made available to watch after the event has taken place.

- Keynote presentation and Q&A
During the evening we will be joined by Professor David Nott OBE FRCS, Imperial College who will be delivering a keynote presentation on 'Resilience in the face of fear and uncertainty: reflections from a doctor on the frontline'. This will be followed by a question and answer session. You can read Professor Nott's biography to find out more about our keynote speaker.
