Details
On 11 October we will be holding a three-hour training session in-person. This course is part of the RCVS Mind Matters Initiative and is open to all members of the veterinary team.
The Mind Matters Initiative recognises how important it is to provide veterinary professionals with the tools they need to look after their mental health.
Working in the veterinary profession is challenging and evidence shows that veterinary professionals are at a higher risk of suffering from common mental health problems such as burnout than the general population.
This workshop will look at an evidence based approach to self-compassion enabling delegates to explore tools and techniques to support each other and themselves.
