RCVS Leadership Library

Welcome to the RCVS Leadership Library, our free to access resources hub. Whether you’re just starting out in your veterinary career, changing roles or are running a busy practice, the Leadership Library is here to help you develop and reflect on key leadership skills.

We believe that effective leadership skills can have an overwhelmingly positive impact on a practice. We created the Library to support everyone in the veterinary professions to learn how to be an effective leader, irrespective of their career stage or role in the practice or non-clinical team.

The Leadership Library has both veterinary sector-specific resources, and curated non-veterinary content, which allows you to explore the areas of leadership that you’re interested in. You’ll find a range of materials to work through at your own pace, including bite-size activities, presentations, interviews, videos, blogs, articles and webinars.

Don’t forget, all the learning that you do through the Leadership Library counts towards the annual CPD requirement for both veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses.
