Biography
Vanessa is an EBVS® European Specialist and RCVS recognised specialist in Veterinary Dermatology and holds and PhD with a focus on Veterinary Microbiology. She is a Senior Lecturer in Veterinary Dermatology at the University of Liverpool, and currently, head of service. Vanessa’s interests include canine atopic dermatitis and infectious disease, with a focus on Staphylococcus pseudintermedius, infection control/prevention, and antimicrobial resistance. Vanessa is an active clinician, researcher, and educator of veterinary under- and post-graduates.
