Biography
Jonathan Heeney is the Professor of Comparative Pathology and Head of the Lab of Viral Zoonotics, University of Cambridge. He is the CEO of DIOSynVax Ltd, a clinical stage vaccine biotech that develops vaccines of animal and human importance. His pioneering works are in the field of vaccines. He is an inventor on numerous patents on innovative vaccine technologies, and has published over 300 peer reviewed papers on cross-species’ transmission of viruses, and vaccines to combat them. He is currently works on Universal influenza and pre-pandemic vaccines.
