Biography
Daniella graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2012, having previously obtained a degree in Molecular Genetics from Kings College. Since qualifying Daniella has worked as first opinion general practitioner in small animal and exotic pet practice.
Daniella became the youngest president of the British Veterinary Association in 2019, guiding the profession through Brexit and the covid-19 pandemic. Her leadership resulted in her being awarded the RCVS Inspiration Award 2021.
Daniella's interests span animal welfare, antimicrobial resistance and the development of a diverse and inclusive veterinary profession and veterinary workplaces.
