Biography
Dr. Adami is an American and European board-certified specialist in Anaesthesia and Analgesia and holds a PhD in Clinical Sciences. After her residency, she worked as Clinical Lecturer at the University of Berne (Switzerland), and at the Royal Veterinary College (University of London) where she was appointed as Senior Lecturer. She is currently Associate Professor at the University of Cambridge. Her main reserach interests are nociceptive models, pain management in small animal species and anaesthesia/analgesia of non-conventional animal species. To date, her scholarship portfolio comprises more than 80 scientific publications in international peer review scientific journals.
