Biography
Anita Patel has 15 years of experience as a specialist clinical dermatologist, prior to which she was in general practice for 20 years.
She is involved in teaching clinical dermatology in the UK and internationally. In addition to co-authoring a text book on case-based approach to dermatological cases in general practice, Dr Patel has published in referred and in peer-reviewed journals.
Her main area of research was on staphylococci and staphylococcal infections in cat.
