Application form for restricted (temporary) registration, a conditional registration enabling UK graduands to carry out acts of veterinary surgery in accordance with the duties of a specified position in a specific location, and responsible to a named supervising MRCVS, prior to graduation and full registration. This expires on the day of graduation.
