Sarah Fox
Biography
Sarah is currently an Assistant Director (Consumer Protection) at the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA). Sarah has currently stepped back from her role on VN Council until the CMA review into the veterinary services market for household pets has concluded.
Prior to joining the CMA she was appointed as the first Head of Casework at the Fundraising Regulator created in 2016 to regulate charitable fundraising. In this role, she was responsible for setting up the casework function and accountable for the investigation of complaints from the public about fundraising.
Before joining the Fundraising Regulator Sarah spent over ten years in various roles at the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman where she dealt with some of the most high profile and sensitive investigations while Head of the Corporate Casework Team.
