How to pay your fees
Payments for vets and VNs fees
Veterinary surgeons, veterinary nurses and new registrants should pay their fees via My Account using one of the methods below. New registrants applying to register with RCVS should wait until they have submitted their application for registration before making a payment. Receipts will be automatically emailed to you following payment, and these can also be obtained from My Account.
Via debit and credit card
Login to My Account and pay your fees by debit or credit card on or before the due date. We accept Visa debit and credit cards, and Mastercard. There is no charge for paying by either debit or credit card.
Via direct debit
Direct debit payments are collected annually on, or shortly after, the fee collection date. To set up a direct debit instruction, login to My Account and select the fee(s) which you wish to pay. This option is only available for personal (not business) UK bank account holders, and the direct debit instruction must be submitted at least 12 days prior to the collection dates.
